Dino Montagner 1947 - 2024

We are deeply saddened to announce that Dino Montagner, the inventor of DermaSilk Therapeutic Clothing died peacefully last week after a prolonged illness.

Dino was a good friend to Espère, in fact it was through his vision and foresight that we came into existence and I, personally owe my business life to the decisions that he made nearly 20 years ago.

Dino worked in the Italian fashion industry and saw DermaSilk as a way of retaining manufacture of quality silk products within the area of Northern Italy when other clothing was heading East. He linked up with distinguished Italian Clinicians and put together a clinical programme for DermaSilk which has not been bettered by any manufacturer of Medical Clothing since.

Dino is survived by his daughter, Eva and she, together with her expert team will keep AlPreTec moving forward on the path he has traced, honouring his values and identity with the awareness that he is at their side.

Every past DermaSilk customer has been touched by the compassion and care of this great man and we will continue to supply DermaSilk in the full knowledge of his commitment to quality care.
